If you listen carefully to Ewens words around the voting on DR's PR's, you would have heard him say that the PR's are part of his remuneration package, and that if the voting had gone the way of a "NO" vote, the company would have been forced to use some of it's cash to buy the shares for him!!
Watching from the sidelines via the streaming link, they didn't hear me yell out, "THEN WHAT THE BLOODY HELL's IT DOING ON THE AGENDA!!"
I guess the only good thing to come from them having to use cash to buy his PR's would be it would force the sp up.......but then again!
