    Regarding sovereign risk I originally bought STB in 2008 because of their Lake Dissapointment tenements after holding RWD and seeing it soar. It seems sovereign risk has pretty much killed RWD off but here I am holding a stock in STB that it seems has multiple 1st class projects in the pipeline, funny how that works.
