Thanks for your advice. As I said I am only going in small, well probably small compared to you guys. I am not risking this house, we simply dont have spare capital as we sink all our excess into the house, meaning we are a long way ahead. But I would like to have a go on this one, albeit in a small way, where I can ride the losses if they were to happen.
