Not sure why people are thinking a Nasdaq listing will even happen in the short term? If the minimum SP needs to be $1 to get listed, then that is at least 1 - 2 years away (12 months is an absolute best case scenario).
For $1 to happen, OVT needs to kick some serious goals. Plus, given the comments by other users on this topic already, the Nasdaq listing will most likely be taken seriously around the $2 -$3 plus range which is ages away imo.
So, given they can't even become listed on the Nasdaq under $1, which is where the SP will be operating for sometime, there's no reason to think this will be happening any time soon, IMO.
US listing can be amazing, check out Sezzle (which they are aware of given it was in the ann) however to maximise the immense value we can get out of a dual listing, we should have a stronger BNPL business first.
