I think you missed my point which is that muslims are demonised due to the actions of a small minority, whereas we do not demonise other religions or races due to actions of a small minority.
Let's all hate Catholics because of the IRA, let's hate whites because of apartheid, let's hate all chinese because of Tibet, let's hate Christiana because of atrocities in Iraq, Bosnia and Afgahnistan. It does not happen, but somehow muslims are fair game.
