What is embarassing is your clear desperation to believe you are right. Can I ask do you beleive the real estate agents who insist you should by the 1 million dollar house because in 5 yeers time you will be paying a million for the garage
Tailspins post was very clear and very logical. Here is my guess, you have attended a property seminar, paid 10k to be told you should buy 10 properties a year and you will retire by the time your 50 a multi millionaire. The seminar holder is a millionaire because you has been paid 10k a piece for all these wood ducks.
