Hi tomb, being able to remove impurities doesn't make graphite high quality. Pretty much all graphite can be processed to remove impurities in the lab, some will need more processing than others
Quality has more to do with the crystalline structure of the graphite and unfortunately this can't be improved on and will start to show up in cycle testing where low quality graphite will result in less energy retention capacity quicker.
But it's interesting that RNU holders equate purity as being the main factor that defines quality. Is this because they haven't been provided with much real quality info, such as cycle testing results? Bit of a worry if so.
