No I have not.
But recently the DIEL longitudinal study comparing QFT and TST as a predictor of moving to full scale TB from its latent form was PEER published.
This is known about since 2008 but CST could not use it as it officially was not published.
Essentially it says that QFT did not ONE case where the patient moved to full scale TB
TST missed 2 or 9 patients......depending on the cut off you use. It is quite serious that 2 patients could be spreading TB
But much more than that....................
TST had some 250 patients that it said had Latent TB (LTBI) whereas QFT said a much smaller number...........
Imagine the anxiety and expense that could SAVE
