Thanks Jake. Just when I was getting frustrated at seeing all the negative posts, offering no hope, along came Jake with 2 great posts.
I would really like SH to give some serious consideration to the Beach deal. The j/v was announced over 14 months ago, both companies have acknowledged the partnership in all their presentations, yet, they have not completed the deal of Beach taking a $3.5 million placement in ICN. They have not completed the placement and have not arrived at a price for the shares.
I just suspect that there might be a significant, price sensitive, outcome from this arrangement.
APT855P will be critical for ICN and that and PEL218 will be at the forefront of RJ's immediate plans. With the apparent success of the deeper parts of 218, maybe ICN might j/v into the deeper sections too and that could be the trade off in lieu of the $3.5 mil placement. No idea, but it would make sense and simplify the arrangements between all parties.
Maybe they are just waiting for the actual results of the tests on all of 218 before they dot all the I's and cross the T's, with RJ, who holds the whip handle in 855, trying to get the best deal for ICN. Just another factor making the next few weeks very interesting.
