Walked away very optimistic. MQ couldn't say too much but the executive team from both banks look very supportive of our fundamentals, be it technical, legal, environmental and financial. Unfortunately credit approval committees are independent and notoriously slow moving. The bank JV is probably the greatest hurdle. Once approved, it sounds like a domino effect will come into play where other lenders and financing strategies for the remaining 45-50% will come together fairly quickly.
