Great post jbmurc.
For those that have kept their eyes on Silver juniors you may have noticed CCU came from a similar position with a JV partner that didn't put in their share of the cash and the partner ended up with only a 2% royalty.
Notice what happened to CCUs share price as they increased their resource and their ownership percentage of the Wonawinta project from mid to late 2009... I suspect ARD will start to rise once the sale of Bullant is complete, if not sooner if Mr Market realises the value they are buying at these price levels.
