    One thing LOL at 80/20 equity/debt ratio..

    There are too many interested parties in this project for them to only offer 20% debt and the companies number one objective is to increase shareholder equity/value.. They won't raise 80% equity finance..

    Maybe 10-20% mostly when the expected payback period is so short.. But I guess only time will tell..
