Seems to me shorters are finding it increasingly difficult to find holders to sell their shares to them ... unlike yesterday. Let's face it, those instos that stumped up $50M @ $3 per share did so on more than just a hope that a significant agreement would be forthcoming in the near future. At the meeting someone asked Coby why the company didn't offer a SPP or right's issue to retail holders. I am so glad they didn't because it just drags things out and the SP nearly always matches the CR price (or even less) eventually anyway. Any shares bought under $3 are a bargain right now. The other thing I noticed at the meeting yesterday was the relaxed jovial confidence of Coby and Dadi. Coby laughing and smiling as he told how IDM's were reluctant to be the first to take the plunge with new tech ... suggested to me he has a big one lined up about to put pen to paper to be the first.
