I understand AVL will be able to claim 10% for producing V2O5 and a further 10% for electrolyte.
Yes it comes off tax, not sure if your post is a subtle dig or not. Essentially it'll reduce AVL's payback period and make the investment more attractive which is the idea of the policy.
