Strange how a company that isn’t raising capital needs to increase its placement capacity by a further 10% ?? This will allow UNT to dilute shareholders by up to 25% of the total market cap without shareholder approval ♂️
Why would the company say they aren’t looking to raise capital but then action this in its AGM
So here comes the dilution !! 25% placement plus a free option to raise $2.5m which gives them runway until May next year to pay for their trips , salaries and excellent promotional activities . Still undercapitalised to do what it needs to do and to attract larger clients .
