fair value estimate is around A$539 million to A$616 million for Kestral based on available assumed EBIDTA and revenue , if we Simulate different ASP levels (e.g., US$110/t or US$140/t) fair value comes around 1.23 B AUD (within the yancoal available funds, no debt and will have spare change to give generous dividends), pretty sure Yancoal has smart people to assess and understand whats the fair value, we may not know the actuals in Kestral case its very obscure, I may be way off on this calculation, we will know soon
