I need to ask a question that I absolutely no idea as to the answer.
Why did NEU choose to cancel the buy back shares instead of putting them into escrow.
What's the benefit?
Please dont say thats its good to make the stock illiquid.
Please dont say that your share price will increase.
Thats not how the market works.
Logic says to me that if you buy 3m shares at $13 and then release them at circa $30 then it just gives the company more ammo.
So why cancel?
