It's not the engineer, you! have to deal with lol. It's the amount of work for other trades and the amount of manual labour to comply with building codes after the HX leaves the site. FBR won't tell you that lol. you holders only see one part.... The builder is responsible for the end job. No builder will take responsibility with glue only on the bottom side of blocks. Now can you understand why it's not successful way to build. Hahaha. Share price telling you anything yet lol
