Thanks Sam, an intelligent and informative reply - it seems the slide below suggests that its a questions of which are the best, cheapest oz's to mine rather than just be bigger for bigness sake ? I have been wary of the presumed potential of Mt.Monger, and so must SLR as they have never talked about expanding the mill, which when built by Integra (which was SLR first merger partner back in 2012) was "state of the art" which has performed reasonably well as I understand it. Maybe these oz in CEB etc are part of a longer future at Mt.Monger ???
Maybe VAU is being tarted up for another merger and is putting its ship in best shape for battle ??
At this stage of the merger game, appearances matter ..... this BOD are the jockey's we've got and they are surely keen to consolidate their reputations by building a successful VAU in both the short and long term ??
It still would be nice to get a direct reply to your questions from LT or a senior BOD member.
