They are intending to participate in a newly resurgent market which is yet to return a profit. I would expect they intend to set it up with the intention of taking part in the inevitable M&A which is going to happen after Klarna puts up one of the largest floats of the year - very soon. IMO ZIP is going to be taken out or will merge - it cannot compete in the vast US market without a huge capital injection and I expect OVT is in the same boat, hoping to catch the wave. Will make an excellent trading stock as the plans are announced. But........they need to get going urgently
