What you are describing is the normal operation of the market, and you are absolutely correct there.
But a capital raising at a specified price almost always causes a temporary reset to the CR price. You might be able to provide some examples where this didn't happen, but I have never seen it in any stock I have ever held or followed.
I'm trying to offer you a solution to your obvious confusion about why the price might have dipped to 19c after consistently trading in the low- to mid-twenties for nearly a week. I posted because of this exchange with @investor901 Investor901 would have expected the price would fall to 19c because that was the CR price. You clearly did not see the connection. I was hoping to provide the connection.
So are you going to acknowledge that Investor901's prediction was correct?
