If youre correct, and it gets wound up, the process having been expedited by your efforts (interesting in its own right), wouldnt we need to maximise value to SH by selling tech?
I think you're perpetuating an adverse outcome for SH and I wonder re your motivation. Regardless is the decision to sell not congruent will all objectives, why are you not delighted by it, and supportive of board for the initiative?
