Great post and exactly spot on. That is why I sold out at 21.5c and bought back at 19.5c. Increased my holding by 10% free of change, which goes some way to off-setting the dilution. I do this time and time again with CRs when I hold the stock.

Forgive me if I’m wrong but if you’re constantly buying/selling you are subject to full CGT. If you hold for 12 months you only pay 50%.
