Hi Folks
I have been reading the posts over the last few months and find them interesting but also struggle to see how the gov can not move forward with approvals.
Now I am sure there will be a great deal of red tape but fundemently the Gov, if they continue to cease the operations of CXY are acknolledging a risk, that them by default would put a massive wave of preasure on all the other projects using the same tec and like. The fact there is poor publicity and anti CXY sentiment in Kroy is a PR issue for the company, the Gov through inviromental court, civil and class action is not about to put itself in a position of shutting down a 30mill company (200-300 in good times)to then get sued.
The fact is, world health guidelines, Fed and State guidelines and paramiters are the acceptable levels for what every they put up, in this case if they want to put in a more onerous condition (accepting there will be a high degree of testing and cross checking to save face to the public) then they face again the acceptance or acknollegement that their own guidelines and standards are wrong, then oppening a massive problem with precidence in all complaints, actions and problems with public taking on companies and accusing the gov of double standards.
I think the increase in the last few weeks will continue, I would expect the stock to be a 6-9c by the time or at the time of announcement. Unless Cougar have been misleading everyone, the gov has no basis to continue to cease operations.
Have a great one folks.
