    Of course they should get things right. If they need more time, then they should ask the ASX for it.

    My point relates entirely to the strict rules ASX has surrounding requests for a trading halt and a suspension.

    Initially MHL did not, as required, give a date by which they expected the suspension to be lifted. Then they gave it (presumably under pressure from ASX).

    Now they have not stuck to the 'expected' date.

    The point about having strict rules is that the ASX is there to ensure, among other things, that shareholders have access to their capital at any time.
