    Why is PEN trading at 8 cents and BLR at 5.2 cents, both are in the USA only in different states,,
    Maybe someone can tell me,,,,
    I am very happy with my PEN TODAY and the way the share price is going
    but it would be nice if my blr moved as well,,,
