The difference is, the Trumpies don't believe Trump should be prosecuted for defying a Subpoena, and refusing to return government documents, despite multiple requests and the Subpoena.
Where as, most people believe anyone who defies a Subpoena, and refuses to return government documents, despite multiple requests and a Subpoena, should be prosecuted, including Biden if he did the same.
Nobody is above the law, except Trump according to the Trumpies.
