The subject of the tread is to show how minuscule the percentage of CO2 is in the atmosphere and how stupid you are thinking that cutting emissions in Australia will make any measurable difference.
Even the naturally occurring CO2 is 24 times the man made CO2, being 0.0016% of the atmosphere.
