Allan has no understanding of economics, finance and productivity. Basic concepts like multiplier effect are beyond her understanding.

Who cancels, by default, cruise ships into Melbourne for an extra $6m in fees and loses $330m in tourism turnover? Rocket scientist Jacinta Allan does. That is the 'quality' of thought Victoria has to endure. My god we are going backwards at world record pace.
