I would think the reason for the TH on a speeding ticket is either:

a) Not enough personnel in the office to deal with this
b) They might be checking with their lawyers and internal staff to make sure they are not in the wrong (given the spate of "Security trading policy" announcements of late) in saying they do not have any knowledge of why the SP has run bar speculation over upcoming drilling.

Or a combination of the two...

In either case, I don't see any reason to be nervous over this.
