The actual figure is nothing like that ..this includes , all in principle permits , certainly doesn't mean the lands constructed ...yet alone have a dwelling on top of it .
In principle permits ..these blocks 60 k ..will take years to construct , as those involved know ... Its a long drawn out process .
6 months ..for just one Stage .
No new homes available for rental on any of the land estates I track ..all let well before C of O has been issued . A house is not available , unless it has been put up for Rent by the owner ..How could anything other be included .
