The market valued IMU's pps above 10c for months after the excellent clinical trial update for VAXINIA and Fast Track designation where even the chartist implied "stair way to heaven" but sold down the pps since and then IMU was granted ODD for VAXINIA and only a few months ago the pps tried to get back to 10c after the excellent clinical trial update for Azer-Cel. Somehow since rising to 8.3c, the market sold the pps down to even lower than 12 months ago so virtually haven't placed any valuation in what has been achieved during that period.
Yes, the opposite is true if you can see it. The market isn't always right just like 12 months ago when LC was telling the market the clinical trial for VAXINIA was progressing as expected and very positive just like she is telling the market right now again.
