The rerate will be much higher especially given what has happen to the pps since 12 months ago and this will be from further positive clinical trial update from VAXINIA and Azer-Cel and also excellent clinical trial update from OASIS as the big boys who have made a killing selling down the stock will buy up as they know they won't be able to do this again. Then there's big US investors finally showing interest as they are waiting for more data since they will be aware that BP will show interest once VAXINIA and OASIS enter Ph2 clinical trial after already demonstrating exceptional safety profile and efficacy in Ph1 clinical trial.
