Biotron CEO MM is vitually redundant after the search for a commercial partner and business development for Biotron has been outsourced to the C14.
C14 ceo is virtually the ceo of the Biotron.

The best way to keep MM's job in the Biotron is to make her an adviser to the C14 ceo, and MM should be paid as per her input. Ethically, MM should not and must not be paid in full until a deal is done. $8 million taken by her during the past few years just for paper works and fluff and bluff should make MM happy to be silent and unpaid until a deal is done.

Biotron SHs want to know how C14 is going to be paid for deal making. C14 should be paid after they have got a deal done. If any payment is made in advance, then what would be that amount? MM had been mentioning discussion ... going on with potential partners. Does it mean C14 will carry over the MM's hitherto discussion to take it to the advanced level? When did MM start communicating with C14? C14 willing to take the job to find a partner or develop business for Biotron is giving a message that substantial material details of the biotron are known to the C14, but we did not hear any message from C14 ceo some like ".... we're delighted to start working with Biotron to to find a commercial partner ...."

MM is now on image crises. MM's versions/comments/announcements (statistical sig..., holy grail, cure, .....imminent, ...) during the past few years appear to ironically present as an unbreliable individual to the market. Consuming biotron fund giving nothing material and tangible is not accpeted by anyone. As ceo of a company run only the SHs and tax payers' money. she should not have been allowed to draw such a salary. If Australia had an Elon, people like MM would have been named as good for nothing. MM is a good for nothing and she should not and must not be paid more than $50K. She needs to show Performance to get the 6-digit pay. Free money tor MM doing nothing material and tangible has made her lazy, sorry to say. She should announce the breakdonw of the payments to be made to the C14 and the milestones MM expects of the C14. SHs do not want to see the C14 as a new CRO. MM should remember the revised CDP.

Rehoming the Biotron's technologies to the capable hands and bright minds will make Biotron great again. SHs look forwar to an announcement seeking SHs' approval to get a potential partnership deal done. SHs want to raise MM's remuneration and give her a performance bonus after a potential partnership deal is done. Until a potential partnership deal is done, SHs request MM to be pateint with no remuneration at all.


SHs would appreciate MM's patience and understanding to stay unpaid in the Biotron until a potential partnership deal is done. Let the C14 finalise all potential partnership deal between Biotron and a company for example Glead.
