I agree with amg (good post mate) but also in response to your question the results of the consumer acceptance testing are not material to the value of OBJ until a license agreement is signed imo. We must also keep in mind that the existing confidentiality agreement in place may prohibit OBJ from releasing this information without the FMCG companies consent.
Imho, news will not be too far away though
