The way that sentence is worded in context to the while statement it makes it sound to me like that is in regards to any 'future' drilling not the current drilling in feb 2011.
"Baraka believe the market is anticipating the drilling program .... expected Feb 2011"
Then
"Baraka will be required to commit their 25% to any future drilling"
They also do not deny a chance of a buy out offer coming from the Canadian's, great news
