maybe they wanted a JV takeover so they had 30 or 40% interest in the project. Clearly NST just wanted the whole thing. Leaves a lot of questions for GOR and what next. I’m also a very longtime shareholder and I’d say they don’t last long before they are bought out. They are very vulnerable now
