After sitting back and mulling over the AGM, my view is:
Don't axpect any announcements from PCL with regards to the data anytime soon. I would suggest that until WDS decide to take up their option and farmin, we won't get anything, When they do farmin there will also be limited detail until they drill and an hit oil. Hope by that time Sintana will provide us a back door assessment of what is going on as they seem to be a bit more open to comment than others is these relationships.
PCL did seem excited about what we have and even more so in the past, I took the body language of Iain when prompted on some questions as he would love to say more but can't.
PCL appear to have plans or at least thoughts in place if WDS don;t take up their option (can;t see that happening). When promoted, both Iain and Ernie both said they have many plan A, B, C's in place should WDS not farmin. When pushed further aabout the issue and if say WDS had not taken up option within 3 months (90 days) will the be opening up the data room? The answer was "can't say". To me it appears PCL are looking at all options to be prepared in case WDS don't farmin which is good management.
One concern to me is if WDS decide to sell down the share of the 56% to spread the cost and risk, this could delay and mean we would miss the Jan 26 extension. Although Iain said this would be highly unlikely, I think that anything is possible so we need to be prepared for it.
Overall the AGM had the biggest crowd (about 40 people) in attendance which is a far cry from a few poeple at previous AGM's. Barry Rushworth was not in attendance which was ideal but I heard that he was in Namibia (read what you will into that). Also in other goodish news there was an big no with regards to a capital raise in the short term but they did say if after the first well and we wanted to keep our 20% then we would likely be in a much better financial position (higher share price) to raise $20M (our 20% share) for another drill.
All in all, I will be looking for any opportunities to increase my holding should the SP retreat.
A big cheers to all the contributors and holders.
