Sorry, I did this at 1-30 am. On a little thought, I have realized that the NST/ GOR is a share swap merger . So Gold Fields and NST will be in partnership with the Gruyere mine. It might be interesting to see if NST wants to hold Gruyere. Also, it looks like the Board will need to find something else to do . Guess they will have plenty of money to do it with, but it may be hard to find a better investment than NST.
