I'm curious ........
NEU is embarking on a $50m share buyback.
Shareholders are forbidden to purchase shares if they have inside knowledge.
NEU has undertaken several preclinical trials in various gene mutations and it is my understanding that they have these results and are keeping them confidential while protecting their IP.
It seems odd that the former is illegal and the latter is above board?
