    I believe that isn't the true
    they have always said they are still in discussion with companies showing interest in Bynoe project
    they will only be stupid if they accept what has been offerred by CXO

    CXO bought ~10% CHR from LIT
    they also subscribed full partly paid shares offer
    so CXO management will be stupid not to partner with CHR, make sense, imo.
