I guess they keep in tune with the heads. e.g. they are 2c now and 7c minus the strike price (5c) = 2c.

So for every time that the 7c goes up by 1, so will the options, once they clear a safe distance from the strike price. e.g. if the heads are 8c, the OB's will go up to 3c.

Uptomistc, I looked through all my paperwork and couldn't find the form. But I'm sure if you email proto or give them a call they will send you out the one page form.
