Its not affecting anything mate. If there was demand there would be buyers.
We been averaging about 2 million shares a day traded this month, even today with this announcement only 20 mill traded, with a price sensitive ann.
Problem isnt a sell order, problem is this management issued convertible notes as debt financing, $3 mill worth. Basically means the lender can get shares (3 mill worth, under market prices) and dump them on market, its going to stifle any upward movement for a long time.
