I doubt the board would refuse any deal that the Saudis offer , they would do anything to attach themselves to $400 odd million funding , if it comes to fruition then id like to see some of the Saudis get on to Magnum board and tighten things up a bit .
And board members facilitating cap raises for the company the employs them is a disgrace in my opinion .
