New shareholders given shares at 0.006c with a free option at 0.006c which is incentivised to be sold down on to create a new free option at 0.006c.

Triple whammy dilution and good reason for the shareprice to potentially go nowhere for quiet some time.

Ive never seen or heard of this ever! Points for creativity.

What about the other expenses?

CCO is running at about 1 quarter left of cash and burning $1mill quarter?

THe property purchase will suck up all the raised funds.

Option exercise might not happen quick enough for new funds required very soon to continue to operate.
