EUR is a holding company with interests in companies that have some potentially globally significant projects based on very large resource bases.
The key asset is CRML which was listed on NASDAQ through the sale for shares of the Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Austria.
The asset was valued at US$750m net to EUR and paid in CRML shares.
That Austrian lithium project has been supported by a US$15m prepayment by BMW and a JV with a Saudi group to build a lithium refinery and the Austrian Government has waived the requirement of an EIS.
CRML subsequently acquired a 42.5% interest in the TANBREEZ REE project in Greenland and can ultimately gain 100%. EUR holds a direct interest in TANBREEZ of 7.5%.
TANBREEZ is a very large and unique deposit of alkaline igneous material at surface and on the coastline.
The flow sheet is very simple and would be a logical source of REEs for the US and Europe.
Recent drilling has assayed for gallium and has reported quite high grades.
Overnight China banned Gallium and some other important strategic metals so TANBREEZ could become very important.
President Trump had raised the possibility in 2020 of the US acquiring Greenland and this issue was recently raised again.
EUR has other lithium projects in its own right with tenements around Wolfsberg and also some key deposits in Ukraine that may see some value in 2025 after cessation of hostilities.
EUR has a 10.7% interest in Cyclone Metals that has a 16bnt iron ore resource in Canada near to infrastructure. Cyclone has recently entered into a MoU with Brazil’s Vale iron ore giant to develop these deposits in a potentially US$120m deal.
The market has not been willing to accept the pass-through value but the renewed strength in CRML price with the Gallium news should send EUR much higher.
The current pass-through value for CRML is A$0.60 and fully diluted at about A$0.50.
Increased volume in EUR shares on ASX and on European exchanges suggests the market is changing.
Big upside ahead.

The CRML price is heading up strongly after the Gallium announcements and the China export ban.

The Valuation Matrix gives a fully diluted target of A$1.14 for 2026.

Then >A$0.30

Big volume in past few weeks.

Hi Carbondriver,

I was under the impression the Ukraine assets still needed to go through some sort of government tender process or something, but perhaps I missed something?.

Also, are you invested in CLE?. I kind of wrote this off as a pipe dream but looking into it further, it actually isn't that dissimilar to other IO projects in Canada where they are doing Direct Reduction to create a high grade concentrate, and I doubt Vale would be interested unless they were quite serious about adding this to their portfolio?.

I still have plenty of options for EURO (several bricks) and paid the extra money for the extension - almost against my better judgement. EUR at 20 cents and options at 10 cents+ would be a nice result in the end if this was achieved. Fingers crossed..........
