In this instance SNT are arguing that whilst they have potentially market-sensitive data, they need time to analyze and formulate that data into a manner that is presentable to the market, including a Peer Review which happens to be immediately preceding the Conference presentation. You can't expect them to rush out & release to market some gobbledygook scientific report which will be unreadable to the majority of souls, just because it came into their possession.
