If I had to pick two companies that would boom from this announcement it would have been SYR and LYC. Both leaders in respective areas of graphite and REE. LYC went up yesterday and is substantially down today. SYR is now slightly up but has been down. Both face a coming Friday where traditionally profit takers like to do just that before the weekend. Maybe I should get out of this stock pick game because it makes no sense to me sometimes.
