I think LPD owned the right to use them and any fees collected but I very much doubt they own the actual patents, that will be SM a privately owned company, they provided the staff to get Cornish up and running. Unlike many on this forum I believe in the tech and the intentions of the BOD but could never see how the Geo Political issues would ever be overcome and then theres Covid beforehand , theres still a small hope shareholders will retain some value given all the effort that has been applied otherwise assuming the tech is valid it will just be another great idea gone to dust except if China get in on it
