Another conspiracy: large holders know revenue unlikely to grow significantly and actually likely to fall next year and the year after. Ph3 approval is 2 years away and they expect SP to gradually decline on reducing income and waiting for ph3 and approval. They own hundreds of millions and have been trying to offload, expecting the SP to drop. They've been struggling to sell as there's limited interest. As they have influence as large shareholders, they've convinced the management to do a buy back. They then use the buy back as an opportunity to sell the shares they're trying to sell as they think they can buy them back later at a lower price! Just a theory.
